Callaghan College is located across three campuses - Waratah Campus on Turton Road, Waratah; Wallsend Campus located on Macquarie Street Wallsend; and Jesmond Senior Campus on Janet Street, Jesmond.
The College Principal's Unit is located at Waratah West Public School, Leonora Parade, Waratah West . This venue provides a space for staff meetings, workshops and training for up to 20 staff at one time.

Subsidised school travel
Transport for NSW provides subsidies to assist school students.
- The School Student Transport Scheme provides eligible students with free or subsidised travel on public transport between home and school.
